"Cow's Tongue"
Three facts about the Cow's Tongue Cactus:
The Cow's Tongue is a variety of the Prickly Pear cactus common the Arizona Sonoran Desert.
Native American tribes would eat the fruit in the summer.
This cactus blooms only during April and May with each bloom lasting only one day!
I'm happy to announce that the original oil painting, "Cow's Tongue" is now
on display and available for sale at the Twist Bistro and Gallery in North Scottsdale,
now through November.
